1. How do I place an order?
1.) For the items are displayed as "SALE", you could add them directly to shopping cart and checkout online. 2.) For custom order, please contact with our Sales Team.
2. Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes, we recommend that you register for a free account so that you can save your order history and shipping status if you place an order online.
3. How can I cancel or change my order?
If it is not a custom product, we accept it if you tell us early that you need to cancel the order before we ship it. For custom products, after the design or pre-production sample has been confirmed, we are sorry to say that we cannot accept cancellation of order since our factory has already started to prepare materials and production. Depending on the actual production situation, we may not be able to change your order.
4. How do I track my order?
For online orders, you can log in to your account and click on Order History, click on the order number and you will be able to view the shipment status of your order, or you can contact our sales staff to inquire. For custom orders, our sales staff will inform you of the shipment status by email after the order has been shipped.
5. What shipping methods are available?
We generally provide the following shipping methods:
1.) free shipping;
2.) registered postal parcel;
3.) economic express or priority express;
4.) by sea;
5.) by air;
6.) by train.
6. How long will it take to get my order?
It is generally difficult to tell you an exact time now. Different shipping methods, as well as different shipping time, carrier capacity, weather conditions, etc., can cause changes in transit times. However, please rest assured that our sales staff will follow up with you from time to time to inform you of the shipping status of your order.
7. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major international debit cards, credit cards (VISA, Master, Discover, American Express, JCB, UnionPay), PayPal, Payoneer, wire transfers, etc.
8. Is buying online safe?
Yes, your online payment will be settled through PayPal or Payoneer's encrypted payment channel. We do not collect your payment account information.
